No matter what goal you pursue to burn body fat, build up muscle mass, or simply want to develop more stamina – the crucial component is the diet! This especially plays a role with the weight reduction diet which plays a central role and should always be seen as part of the training. The diet can account for 70% of success under the conditions! Therefore it is important to learn what, how much and when to eat and why not to rush individual meals. These many details are important for the individual as the personality of every human being is different and it is often laborious, even as newcomers, to remember all that and implement it in their everyday life. As their coach, I have completed training as a chef as well, so I can help them make these things playful; piece by piece, one will be able to learn without losing the orientation in “jungle-diets”.
